Great Korean food. The sides, the meat, the service is all A+, this has become my favorite Korean restaurants and I can't wait to try more. Located in a busy mini mall parking is valet and very efficient. Seating was fast on a Saturday at 7-8p, highly recommend the Bosam, the pork is cooked to perfection.

This well known bossam place that many celebrities visited... I visited because of my friend's recommendation. I ordered a medium bossam and it wasn't slightly enough for two people so we ordered a kimchi jjigae. Both were tasty but not "amazing" imo. I liked Kimchi jjigae more. It tasted like tomato too for some reason. So much flavor. I liked all the banchan and employees were all nice. I'd go back someday.

A meal at Kobawoo is a nostalgic and comforting experience. If you're craving Korean food in LA, this should be on your list. My mother and I had dinner at Kobawoo after a long day of exploration. The service is just simply the best- friendly, prompt, and attentive. We felt right at home and so welcomed right from the start. The inside has a wooden decor and has high AC to cool you from the heat (so just bring a layer to wear indoors). For our meal, we ordered three dishes, which was candidly way too much food given how large the portions were, but we couldn't have been happier to have some leftovers to bring home: - Yukgaejang- a traditional Korean stew dish with tender pulled beef, Korean glass noodles, onions, green onions, and a spicy flavorful broth. What a massive and delicious portion, which came out perfectly hot to really hit the soul - Chungkukjang- one of my favorite stews, this traditional stew blends rich fermented soybean flavors with zucchini, onions, green onions, mushrooms, and soft tofu. The traditional way of eating this is to mix the contents with lettuce and rice. What an amazing meal- I couldn't have changed a thing and loved every single, veggie-filled, flavor-packed bite - bindaedduk- another traditional Korean dish which is mung bean pancakes filled with bean sprouts, onions, and packed with flavor. These were also vegan, which was an added bonus for my mom! These came out so perfectly crispy and balanced in flavor. The portion was also massive- we had more than enough to take home Can't wait to come back to try more from the menu!

Came here with the family for a quick lunch bite and it did not disappoint!! It's nice and quiet inside, with lots of woody decor and the tables and seats reminded me of Korean Buddhist temples LOL idk why that was my first thought but it was nice We got the bulgogi lunch combo that comes w kimchi stew, bossam lunch combo + soybean stew, spicy broiled fish, and potato pancake I luvvv that the rice that they serve is the purple rice cus that's my absolute favorite!! My family and I really enjoyed everything. My favorite was the bossam and the potato pancake. The pancake was super crispy and the kimchi stew was so hearty & packed w pork. It reminded me of my grandpa's kimchi stew Service was really good and our server was extremely attentive. I drank sm water yet he came and refilled my water constantly which I really appreciated Defo will have to come back to try some more stuff on the menu :)
